Billy's Orphanage is a small home on an island in the Aquvy archipelago close to the Ethos HQ. It was once the home of Billy Lee Black, his sister Primera Black and their parents. After their mother Racquel was murdered by -Wels- and Billy joined the Ethos Church because of it and the house was converted into an orphanage. Billy took in orphans from all over Aquvy and with the help of the Ethos Church he taught them and raised them as his own. Being a self-proclaimed orphan himself (after disowning his father of course), it only seemed natural for Billy to try and help out other kids from Aquvy whose lives were destroyed by the -Wels-.
