The Mass Driver Facility.
The Mass Driver Facility is a relic left over from the Zeboim era. It is located on Elru continent just north of Taura Melchior's house and the Anima Dungeon One.
During the game's second disc, Elly Van Houten and Emeralda go the facility and use it to fire a special warhead into the atmosphere which disperses a special nanomachine all over the planet that removes the genetic limiters placed on the world's population by the Gazel Ministry in 9698. Unfortunately an unexpected side-effect occurs when the limiters are removed and some people begin mutating into Wels shortly afterward.
