No. 360 is an NPC in Xenosaga Episode II. He is the 360th U.R.T.V. to be born at the Yuriev Institute.
No. 360 can be found in a room at the Yuriev Institute, in an observation area. If talked to as Jr., he gets a feeling that reminds him of "that monster". If any other party member is leading, he observes that Gaignun isn't like the standards because he doesn't react to U-DO's waves, and can't defeat U-DO. He then wonders why Gaignun goes on missions with them.
