Plan 301 was an order given to the 474th Spec Ops Fleet by the U-TIC Organization after they had failed to secure one of the Zohar emulators on board of the Federation ship Woglinde.
When the Durandal had showed up at the scene of the fallen Woglinde, the 474th Spec Ops Fleet opened fire, and the Durandal returned fire. After the ambush, the Spec Ops Fleet had taken video and doctored it to make it appear as though the Durandal was responsible for sinking the Woglinde. This video was leaked through space, and the Kukai Foundation (and the Miltian government) were caught in the trap, were surrounded by Federation forces, and those supposedly related to the incident were arrested.
